Returns & Refunds
Dear PUKY customer,
if you would like to return goods ordered in our consumer shop, please proceed as follows.
Attention: Does not apply to dealers
- Please complete the delivery/returns note provided and place it in the parcel. .
- Please always indicate which of the points below applies to your return.
Be sure to use this for the return shipment. Stick the parcel label clearly visible on the parcel and hand it in at the post office or at an appropriate parcel shop.
Please simply order the return by e-mail to retoure@puky.de.
Please state your order number and the recipient's address. The goods will be collected from you with prior notification by telephone.
Please generate a parcel label using the link below.
You can print out the parcel label or simply go to the post office or a parcel shop with the QR code.
Returns from France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Italy and Sweden are excluded from free returns and must be pre-paid, otherwise they cannot be accepted.
The right of cancellation does not apply to distance selling contracts for the delivery of customised products that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
The right of cancellation is therefore excluded for the individual production of goods.
