Please note that some vehicles may have a different nameplate than the one shown in the pictures. These are vehicles that are now too old and for which we probably no longer have any spare parts. In such cases, you are welcome to contact us and we will see if we still have anything in stock.
The spare parts management has been taken over by BMW. If you need a spare part for your BMW vehicle, we would ask you to enquire at a local BMW branch.
To find the right vehicle for your child, the parameters of age, height and stride length are important.
You can find the right vehicle for your child using this information and our guide values, which are displayed under the individual vehicles.
Please note that we cannot indicate whether a child is ready for a particular vehicle.
We cannot assess your child's abilities and want to protect your child as much as possible.
We would recommend tightening the screw on the seat attachment.
This will compress the frame slightly and allow the rear wheels to roll more freely.

If the desired vehicle is currently not available, you have the option of being notified as soon as the vehicle is available again. To do this, you can create a customer account and be informed as soon as the vehicle is available again.
We generally recommend that you keep the packaging and cardboard boxes until you are sure that you actually want to keep the goods.

PUKY vehicles are characterised by their high product quality, which is based on over 65 years of experience in the development, design and production of children's vehicles. They are regularly tested in our own test laboratory as well as by independent institutes (e.g. TÜV) beyond the currently required standards and guidelines.
Against this background, PUKY grants a 5-year guarantee on frames, forks and handlebars for all vehicles.
The guarantee is not personalised. It is transferable and can also be claimed by second or third party purchasers in the event of defects in workmanship or materials.
To activate the warranty for the first time, the buyer must register (online) within 4 weeks of purchasing the bike.

The Inseam is the Key to the Right Balance Bike or Bicycle Size!
The inseam, also known as stride length or inner leg length, is crucial for the optimal seating position of your child on a balance bike or bicycle. It must be in the correct ratio to the saddle height.
That's why Puky provides the recommended inseam height along with the frame size for children's balance bikes and bicycles. This way, you can quickly and easily find the right balance bike or bicycle for your child.
Measure Inseam in 3 Steps
Here's how to measure your child's inseam:
- Your child stands with shoes on, back against a wall.
- Place a book between their legs with the horizontal top edge snug in the crotch.
- Measure the distance from the top edge of the book to the floor using a measuring tape or ruler.
The measured value in centimeters is the inseam or stride length. With this value, you can determine the right size for your child's balance bike or bicycle on our website.
